Jackpots Terms & Conditions

1. “The Jackpots” consist of four progressive jackpot tiers: Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega (the “Jackpot Tiers”).
2. The Jackpots opt-in bar will appear at the bottom of all qualifying games when they are launched (each an “Eligible Game”).
3. To be eligible to win any of the four Jackpot Tiers, you must accept the Game Rules by clicking “Opt In” and play an Eligible Game.
4. It is possible to opt in by selecting one of three additional betting levels (the “Jackpot Contribution”) with values of INR 10, INR 30, or INR 50,
5. The minimum Jackpot Contribution is INR 10 and corresponds to one chance to participate in the Jackpot.
6. The maximum Jackpot Contribution is INR 50, which corresponds to five chances to win the Jackpot.
7. Each Jackpot Contribution gives you one or more chances to win a Jackpot, depending on the amount selected. Choosing more chances increases your probability of winning, but does not guarantee a Jackpot win.
8. By opting in, the Jackpot Contribution will be deducted from your real money balance on each spin. A portion of this contribution will be added to the progressive Jackpot pots.
9. The value of the Jackpot Contribution can never exceed the wager placed on the casino game (the “Base Bet”).
10. In order to keep the Jackpot Contribution aligned with the Base Bet, the Jackpot Contribution will be automatically reduced to match the Base Bet amount if it exceeds it. For example, if the selected Jackpot Contribution during opt-in is INR 50 and a Base Bet of INR 25 is placed, the Jackpot Contribution will be reduced to INR 25. The Jackpot Contribution will automatically return to the originally selected value if the Base Bet is subsequently increased. In the example above, if the Base Bet is increased to INR 100, the Jackpot Contribution will return to INR 50, i.e. the value selected during opt-in.
11. Bonus funds cannot be used to participate in the Jackpots. The Jackpots can only be played with real money. If your real money balance is insufficient to cover the Jackpot Contribution after placing a wager on an Eligible Game, the Jackpot Contribution will not be placed.
12. Players may opt out at any time by deactivating the opt-in switch.
13. The Jackpot Contribution is deducted from your real money balance at the same time as your game wager when you spin. The outcome of the Jackpot bet is independent of the result of the underlying game.
14. All Jackpot transactions are recorded in the player’s Game History.
15. The Jackpots are triggered randomly upon placing a Jackpot Contribution. If triggered, one of the four Jackpot Tiers will be awarded at random.
16. When a Jackpot round is triggered, a wheel displaying the four Jackpot Tiers will appear. After the wheel spins, you will be notified of the prize won, and the winnings will be credited to your account as real cash with no wagering requirements.
17. Jackpot winnings are subject to verification by Lucky Spins and its software suppliers. Lucky Spins reserves the right to withhold, delay, reverse, or void any Jackpot win where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, unfair play, technical malfunction, breach of the General Terms and Conditions, or regulatory non-compliance. This right applies both before and after winnings are credited to a player’s account..
18. Jackpot winnings are subject to the same withdrawal limits as any other winnings, in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions.
19. After a Jackpot Tier has been won, that Jackpot Tier will reset to its original seed value based on the reference currency (EUR) as follows:Mini: €50.00, Minor: €500.00, Major: €20,000.00, Mega: €100,000.00. For players using a different account currency, the displayed Jackpot values are converted from EUR to the local currency using the applicable exchange rate at the time of display. Currency conversions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. All Jackpot wins are settled using the exchange rate applicable at the time the win occurs.
20. The Jackpot amounts are displayed within the game in real time; however, they may be subject to minor delays and currency adjustments.

22. In the event of any discrepancy between the Jackpot amount displayed in the game interface and the amount recorded on the casino server, the amount recorded on the casino server shall prevail. Lucky Spins shall not be liable for any errors, delays, malfunctions, or inaccuracies in the display of Jackpot values.
23. Displayed Jackpot values may be rounded up or down depending on the Jackpot Tier value.
24. If communication between Lucky Spins and the Jackpot server fails, the Jackpot will become unavailable. During this time, no Jackpot Contributions will be made and no Jackpot claims can occur. The Jackpot values will remain unchanged until communication is restored.
25. The operator is not responsible for Jackpot unavailability or errors caused by technical issues, system failures, or circumstances beyond its control
26. Lucky Spins reserves the right to exclude players, games, and/or geographic territories from, or apply limitations to, one or more jackpots for specific players, games, and/or geographic territories, at its sole discretion.
27. Lucky Spins may suspend, modify, or discontinue one or more Jackpots at any time and for any reason. In the event of discontinuation, accumulated Jackpot amounts shall remain the sole property of the Lucky Spins and may, at its discretion, be carried forward to future jackpots, redistributed across other promotional mechanics, or otherwise allocated in accordance with applicable laws. Players shall have no claim to any accumulated Jackpot amounts.
28. Participation in the Jackpots is a discretionary feature offered by Lucky Spins. Players do not acquire any vested rights, ownership interest, or entitlement in relation to any Jackpot Tier, Jackpot pool, or accumulated Jackpot amount by virtue of participation or contribution
29. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, communication failure, RNG malfunction, or any other technical issue that affects the integrity of the Jackpot, all affected Jackpot Contributions, triggers, and/or wins may be declared void. No Jackpot win shall be valid where it arises as a result of a malfunction or error.
30. The use of multiple accounts, collusion, syndicate play, or any form of coordinated or automated play in relation to the Jackpots is strictly prohibited. Where such activity is detected or suspected, Lucky Spins may void Jackpot participation and winnings across all related accounts.
